Policies for Hilton Head Rental Homes
- No pets permitted
- No smoking permitted
- No more than 16 persons permitted in Yellow Dogs by the Sea
- No more than 20 persons permitted in Halcyon Days
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
- Payment is by credit card, for which there is a 4% service charge or by check
- There is an added cost for heating the pools. The fee is $600 per week for Yellowdog by the Sea and $800 per week for Halcyon Days. This fee must be included in your final payment.
- If you wish to heat the pool, please inform us no later than the Thursday before arrival.
- Check in is 5 pm for Halcyon Days and 4pm for Yellowdog. This is not flexible, as the cleaners will be preparing the home.
- Check out is 10 am. This too is not flexible.
